Virat Kohli, the former team India captain, has shown a reflection of his true capabilities. As per the latest cricket news, in the match against Australia on September 25, the skipper played a great game of 63 in 48 balls. It gave India the position to declare its six-wicket win against Australia and win the three-match T-20 series by 2-1.

 The initial fall of two wickets at 3o runs has put India in a critical condition. Virat took charge then, and his partnership with Suryakumar Yadav of 104 runs strengthened the position of Team India in the game. It was the deciding factor for the game. With these 63 runs, the skipper achieved another significant milestone in his cricket career.

 Virat trespassed the record of Rahul Dravid in international cricket, which is 24064 runs, by making 24078in total. He is only behind the god of cricket, the little master, the master blaster Sachin Tendulkar who scored 34,375 runs in international cricket. Virat was India's highest run scorer in the Asia Cup 2022. The skipper is close to scoring the most runs in T-20 international matches, and Rohit Sharma, who has played 139 matches, holds the record. 

Rohit Sharma has 3694 runs to his name, while Virat, scoring 63 runs in the Sunday match, has reached a total of 3660 runs from 107 matches. A Glimpse of Virat's International Career  Virat has played 471 international matches in which he has scored 71 centuries and 125 half-centuries with a batting average of 53.62. 

Virat has played 102 test matches and 105 T-20s, and 262 ODIs, in which he has made significant contributions and has played match-winning performances for the team several times. In Test, One Day, and T20s, he has a batting average of 49.53, 57.68, and 50.83, respectively.
