UAE Vs Netherland, 2nd Match, Group- A -  Match Preview On October 16, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will face the Netherlands (NED) in the second match of the T20 World Cup 2022. (Sunday). The first qualifying round match was played between Sri Lanka and Namibia. Both of these matches will take place at Simonds Stadium in Geelong. The UAE and the Netherlands will hope for a solid start to their campaigns. 
 
The initial aim for both teams will be to advance to the following round. After an eight-year absence, the UAE will compete in the T20 World Cup in 2022. They were last seen in the T20 World Cup in 2014. They lost all three matches back then. On the other hand, the Netherlands competed in the last T20 World Cup in the UAE, but they, too, failed to advance to the Super 12 round. 
 
The Netherlands, on the other hand, competed in the most recent T20 World Cup in the UAE but did not advance to the Super 12 stage. They, on the other hand, are a very good side among the associate nations and would offer a significant test to the UAE. In head-to-head competition, both teams have played each other eight times, with each side winning four times. The Netherlands defeated UAE by 8 wickets in their previous match. 
 
 
The Dutch also defeated UAE in their lone T20 World Cup encounter in 2014.
