Rain took place at the start of day 4 and the match took time to start. Both the batter resumed the batting after a long wait and James Anderson started the bowling. In the 44th over, Mitchell Marsh smashed back-to-back two fours. In the 45th over, Labuschagne took a single on the fourth ball and scored a half-century. In the 52nd over, Australia reached 150 runs. In the 55th over, Labuschagne hit a four on the second ball and the partnership between Mitchell Marsh and Marnus Labuschagne reached 50 runs. After 60 overs, Australia was at 177-4. In the 62th over, Marnus Labuschagne started the over with back-to-back two fours. In the 63th over, Marnus Labuschagne took a single on the last ball and scored a half-century. In the 64th over, Australia reached 200 runs. In the 65th over, the partnership between Mitchell Marsh and Marnus Labuschagne reached 100 runs. In the 67th over, Labuschagne got out after scoring 111(173) on the first ball. Due to rain, the match couldnt continue and the umpire called the day off. After the end of day 4, Australia was at 214-5, Cameron Green and Mitchell Marsh were playing 3(15) and 31(107), respectively.
