James Anderson: Record and Career of the Most Passionate Bowler | CBTF News

One of the passionate bowlers playing cricket for their team, English bowler James Anderson is the greatest bowler of all time. The 40-year- old bowler played his first international match against

Australia in 2002 in the ODI. Next year, he made his debut in a test against

Zimbabwe.

According to

international cricket news, James Anderson is one of the best swing bowlers in the world, but it was not like that always. At the start, he was not considered a top-class bowler, but after 2007, his form reached another level. In his early days, he was inconsistent and was in and out, but he came back to form and started taking the key wickets with his swing balls.

His first stand-out performance came in the 2010

Ashes, and he took care of the

England attack and took 24 wickets.

History of James Anderson

At the start, he struggled with his actions and consistency. With time Anderson got great control of the ball and started swinging the new ball and reverse swing with the old ball. He has the pace and swing, and that’s why he becomes unplayable when he is in touch.

In 2013, he became the leading wicket-taker of England against Australia. He became the leading wicket-taker with 235 wickets and passed Darren Gough. In the same year, he became the second-highest wicket-taker with 326 wickets.

The Ashes is a great tournament for England and Australia. In the 2013-14 Ashes, England lost the ashes by 5-0, but he couldn’t do much. He bounced back and performed against Sri Lanka and India.

Record of James Anderson

The 40-year-old English bowler has made many records and became the first fast bowler to reach 950 wickets after surpassing Glenn McGrath. He achieved the record in the 2nd match against

South Africa. South Africa was on the tour of England for the 3 tests, 3 ODI, and 3 T20. England was lagging by 1-0, and they came to the field in the second match to level the series. If we see the

international cricket council news, England won the match by an innings and 85 runs. James Anderson took 3 wickets in the first innings and 3 wickets in the second innings.

At Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester South Africa scored 151 runs in the first over. All the batters struggled to make partnerships and didn’t convert the good start into a big score. Stuart Broad and James Anderson took three wickets each, Ben Stokes took wickets, and Robinson and Jack's Leach shared one wicket each.

England came to bat in the first innings and lost their early wickets. They were struggling, but Ben Stokes and Ben Foakes made a partnership and smashed the century. England declared the innings on 415-9. Nortje took the 3 wickets, Rabada and Maharaj took the 2 wickets each, and Lungi Ngidi and Harmer shared one wicket each.

South Africa came to bat in the second innings and was lagging by 264 runs. They got all out on 179 runs and lost the match by an inning and 85 runs.
