Ireland vs India, 3rd T20I, Preview

The third and final match of the series will square off at The Village, Dublin. This match is just a formality, as India has taken an unbeatable lead by 2-0. India has won the first match by 2 runs by DLS method and won the second match by 33 runs. However, it was no surprise that India is dominating Ireland.

The first match was rain-impacted, where Indian batters didn't get a chance to showcase their batting  much but bowling was great for India. Jasprit Bumrah made a comeback after an injury and has also taken captaincy of Indian team. Bumrah has taken two wickets in both the matches. Prasidh Krishna has also made his comeback very well and Ravi Bishnoi has supported his teammates with tight bowling.

On the other hand, if we see the batting, opening pair, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Ruturaj Gaikwad, have given them a great start. Other batter couldn't get a chance due to rain. In the second match, Ruturaj Gaikwad scored a half-century and in the lower order, Shivam Dube, Rinku Singh, and Samson played a crucial knock. Rinku Singh was man of the match for his knock in down the order.

In the first match, the Irish batter did not play very well against the Indian bowler and Barry McCarthy was the highest scorer with 51 runs, followed by Curtis Campher with 39 runs. In the 2nd match, Andrew Balbirnie was hanging on one side but didn't get enough support from the other end. Ireland had a very mixed performance in this series and they will be looking forward to ending this series with a win.
