Ireland vs India, 3rd T20I: Match Abandoned Due to Rain; India Won the Series by 2-0

India and Irealnd squared off in the third and final T20I of the series at The Village, Dublin. India was leading by 2-0 and this match was just a formality of series decider but rain has another plan.

7:00 pm was the toss time but due to rain it was delayed. Umpire continued inspecting the pitch and a second inspection took place at 8:40. Unfortunately, there was not any positive update and umpires informed us that after 9:15 pm the match will start to lose overs.

At 9:24 pm, another inspection took place but it was still raining and the umpire shifted another inspection after 20 minutes. At 10:08, I got to know that the rain had stopped and the match could start but the pitch was not in a good condition. Umpires called the day off because there were various damps on the outfield. The match got washed out and India won the series by 2-0.
