The only player with an average over 50 among those who have amassed more than 10,000 runs for

India international cricket is Kohli. The average age of Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid is 45, while that of the other players ranges from the late 30s to the early 40s.

On Sunday, Kohli gave the impression that he was confident in fulfilling his pledge and improving upon his two prior failures. With Suryakumar Yadav in the middle, the former captain of India put up a solid defence. With Kohli taking a back seat, the pair scored 104 runs for the third wicket.

India moved along smoothly to end the stressful chase when Kohli changed tactics after Suryakumar was dismissed. The 33-year-old was eventually sent out for 63 off only 48 deliveries, laced with three boundaries and four sixes.
